Standard terms and conditions of sale:

Prices include VAT and service. City tax of €0.60 should be added per person per day for seminars with accommodation.

Wine (half-bottle per person) and mineral water (one litre) are included. An additional charge will be made for all other drinks (excluding coffee breaks).

We serve a wide range of drinks at each break, including coffee, tea, hot chocolate, fruit juice and Perrier with a cake or pastry, depending on the time of day.

The room has its own direct phone number and offers free Wi-Fi access.

We provide a flip chart, screen and overhead projector and can arrange for other equipment on request. Any additional costs for equipment hire will be invoiced.

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the end of the month.

Our 65 sq. m. meeting room overlooking the garden is located in the quietest part of the hotel.

It can accommodate up to 35 people, depending on the room layout.
